Conditions of Sale

Before you place a bid, please take a minute to read our conditions of sale.

1.	The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the buyer.
2.	The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid not commensurate with the item being offered.
3.	A premium of 10% will be applied to all items sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.
4.	The Auctioneer or owner may not make any bids on his property.
5.	Handtub Junction, USA & Triple Nickel Auctions endeavors to catalog accurately but, all property is sold as is, and neither the Auctioneer, staff or consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind as to authorship, attribution, geniuses, origin, date, age, provenance, condition, size, weight, typing errors, omissions, source or any statement made before, during or after the sale and will not be held responsible.
6.	All items sold as is and where is, with all defects known and unknown. We will be pleased to assist in shipping problems. All charges and responsibility for shipping are borne by the purchaser.
7.	Absentee Bidding. All Left bids must be secured by a major credit card accepted by Handtub Junction, USA. Absentee bids are handled by a member of our staff and will try to purchase your items at the lowest price possible. Successful bidders will be notified and billed shortly after the auction. We will be pleased to assist you in any shipping problems, however we are not a packing or shipping company but, we have service available for you. We have no control on the charges for packing, crating or shipping.
8.	Bidding on any article indicates your acceptance of these items and these conditions of sale.
9.	All sales are final.
10.	Forms of payment accepted are cash, good check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover
11.	No bids will be accepted through the web site after 5:00 PM EST November 2, 2007
