9th Annual Fire Memorabilia Auction Consignments Now Being Accepted
 Consignments are now being accepted for our 9th Annual Fire Memorabilia auction to be held Saturday Evening November 8, 2008. The auction will again be held at Sawyer's Banquet Facility, 180 Plaistow Rd. (Rte 125), Plaistow, NH. If you would like to consign items to this years auction, email us at handtubjunction@aol.com. North American Handtub Muster Association

After a very successful Fire & Ice 2008 at Old Sturbridge Village, Massachusetts , the North American  Handtub Muster Association (formally know as the NACCMA) will move on to South Carolina for the All American Fire Muster and Fire Engine Exposition to be held at the North Charleston & American LaFrance Fire Museum and Educational Center on August 23. In addition to the handtubs, a bucket brigade competition will be held and is open to any 5 person team. So get your team together and come on down!

 Looking ahead to 2009 a return trip is planned for Columbia California in May for the 50th Annual Fireman's Muster at the Columbia State Historic Park in Columbia May 2 & 3, 2009.  Old Sturbridge Village is again planning Fire & Ice at the Village on Saturday July 18, 2009. All hand apparatus are welcome. If you have a piece of  hand fire equipment and would like to join our mailing list, send us an email.

NESVFL 2008 Season is Flying By!

A special note to you NESVFL fans, just added to the General Store publication section "The Story of Eighty-Five Engines" a wonderful reprint of a book containing tabulations of early muster record of eighty-fire different handtubs that competed in league competition from 1890 thru 1912 when the original was published.
